These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VIDIK (the "Service"), operated by Kolicoski DOOEL ("VIDIK", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a YouTube channel, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VIDIK is a third-party tool that helps creators manage YouTube channels they own or are authorized to administer. The Service allows you to, among other things: connect YouTube channels via Google OAuth, import video metadata, search and bulk-replace text in video descriptions (including via regular expressions), scan descriptions for broken or unreachable links, queue and review pending edits before they are applied, and push approved changes to YouTube through the YouTube Data API.
VIDIK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and your use of the Service is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You must own the YouTube channel(s) you connect, or have explicit authorization from the owner to manage them on their behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are solely responsible for every change you make using the Service. This includes, without limitation, bulk find-and-replace operations, regular expression patterns, description edits, and any action you take from the pending edit queue. VIDIK provides tools such as diff previews, a pending edit queue, and rollback so that you can review changes before and after they are applied - but VIDIK does not review, approve, or validate the substance of any edit on your behalf.
Mistakes happen: an overly broad find-and-replace pattern, a regular expression that matches more than intended, or approving the wrong pending edit can alter descriptions in ways you did not intend, across some or all of your videos. VIDIK is not responsible or liable for any errors, unintended replacements, data loss, lost revenue, or other consequences resulting from actions you or anyone using your account initiates, whether caused by user error, a misconfigured pattern, or misunderstanding of a feature.
You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes (including diffs shown in the pending edit queue) before committing them, and for using the rollback feature promptly if you identify a mistake. Rollback restores data VIDIK has stored for a given edit; it is not a substitute for your own backups and is not guaranteed to be available indefinitely or to reverse changes made directly on YouTube outside of VIDIK.
The broken link scanning feature checks whether URLs in your video descriptions currently respond over HTTP at the time of the scan. It is provided for convenience only. A link reported as "broken" may be temporarily unavailable, geo-restricted, or blocked for reasons unrelated to the destination actually being dead, and a link reported as "working" may still be broken for some viewers or fail later. VIDIK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of link-check results and is not liable for any consequence of relying on them, including lost affiliate revenue.

The Service depends on the availability of the YouTube Data API and Google's authentication infrastructure. We do not control, and are not responsible for, outages, quota changes, rate limiting, policy changes, or account actions (including suspension or termination of your YouTube channel) taken by Google or YouTube. If Google or YouTube changes or restricts API access, some or all features of the Service may be degraded or unavailable without notice.
Certain features may be offered on a paid subscription basis, which will be described at the time of purchase, including price and billing frequency. Subscriptions are per connected channel - each channel you upgrade is billed separately, and cancelling one channel's subscription does not affect any other channel on your account. VIDIK also offers a free tier limited to one channel; it is not a time-limited trial and requires no payment details. Payment and subscription processing is provided by AgentaOS, which handles payment details; VIDIK does not store your full payment card details. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees already charged are non-refundable, and you may cancel a paid plan at any time to stop future billing - access to the cancelled channel continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DESCRIPTION CHANGES WILL BE APPLIED SUCCESSFULLY OR ACCURATELY, OR THAT BROKEN-LINK SCANS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDIK AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CHANNEL STANDING, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE - INCLUDING ANY EDITS, BULK REPLACEMENTS, OR OTHER ACTIONS YOU TAKE OR APPROVE THROUGH THE SERVICE - EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS NOT VALIDLY EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €50 EUR.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold VIDIK harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of YouTube's or Google's terms, or content or changes you submit or authorize through the Service.
You may stop using the Service, disconnect channels, download your account data, or request account deletion at any time. Deleting data in VIDIK does not delete content on YouTube. Account deletion attempts to cancel active subscriptions and revoke Google authorization before local data is irreversibly removed. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or if required to do so by Google, YouTube, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; certain provisions of these Terms (including Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 13) survive termination.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Bitola, North Macedonia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
